Had to rent a car to go out of town. Thankfully got to deal with Ali at the desk. She was SO helpful and kind. Unfortunately couldn't deal with her the whole time. Andrea on the other hand was less than helpful. Very unprofessional.. All that I would like to say is that your employers represent your business and all it takes is to be kind to customers when they come into your business.

I reserved a car about 3 weeks in advance of a trip I was taking and scheduled to pick it up at 9:30. I arrived a little before 9:30. I was asked to provide a utility bill since I was paying with a debit card and that turned into a 20 minute ordeal just to get that. Then the woman that was helping me had to leave for a 10 appointment and said someone else would be finishing things up. I politely waited and nothing was happening. The rest of the employees were not really doing anything so I walked up and told someone that I understood she had to leave. However I have appointments and places to be as well, could someone get me my car. So they handed me the keys and pointed out a car that was NOT the full size car that I had reserved or paid for. What I got told was "oh this is all we have". Excuse me? I reserved a full size car and paid for it and now I'm being told you don't have what I reserved. They said I could drive the one they gave me until one came available and then I could swap it out - and they would call. They NEVER called me. I had to keep calling and checking and when I did, they were confused as to why I was calling and had no idea when there would be a car.  I finally was able to go back there to pick up a car 3 hours later. By this time I was very aggravated with the whole situation. The manager there did do the right thing and upgrade me for free which I did appreciate. However I believe that the inconvenience was inexcusable. This was for a business trip and there was a reason I reserved it so far in advance. They should have made sure that the cars they needed were there. The 39th avenue location is disorganized, does not present themselves very professionally and really needs to have their customer service and follow up improved. 

Fast forward to this coming weekend. There's a weekend promotion and no cars available. However there are plenty available at the regular rate. So sad Enterprise... I ended up going with Avis for this trip.

Awesome place and awesome staff!! they were really helpful. Onetime we had a miscommunication with relate to my rental and they sorted it in a way we all end up being happy. :-) I will always use this place for my rental.

Had to rent a car twice in the last month. Service is good. People are nice but waiting time can be a bit long especially when you ask for a complimentary ride. In my case to my car's dealership.
