Using Automobile Insurance rent-a-car coverage following an accident. Was required to submit a personal credit card, even though insurance was paying for rental. Wanted to rent a fuel efficient vehicle, like I drive, but was given a mini-van! It was for one person, did not want or need a fuel guzzler. They said I would be able to return to any location. Body shop called and said they return vehicles to Enterprise for the renters. Got my vehicle. When credit card bill came was charged for another rental day. I told them that I turned the vehicle over the prior day at the body shop which was the way they had requested. That the body shop said they would return the vehicle that day. Also my insurance covered the rental fees. They did not care and would not refund the unauthorized charge to our personal credit card.

I was involved in an accident and my insurance designated this location as my rental facility. I set up a pick which is an awesome feature. The young man was early and very polite. We got to the facility and process the paperwork and inspected the car. It only had 1/8 of a tank of fuel and I was too happy I had to go to the nearest gas station to fill up. The next day I drive the car on the highway and it began to shake at 70. I called the facility and requested another vehicle which they accommodated. So I turned in the other car with a full tank and the new car had 1/2 a tank which is no big deal. After the insurance totaled my vehicle I was instructed to turn in the rental. I called to set up a pick once more but they refused because it was beyond the 15 min radius of the facility. I expressed my displeasure and asked why they picked me up to rent vehicle but not to turn it in. They said it was a one time courtesy and I need to get my own ride home. Awesome customer service. Not going to pick this location if there is a next time

I had some ups & downs with them, but in the end, they mostly did the right thing and gave me a partial credit towards both of my bills.  I can't really blame the employees themselves, as they did the best-they-could under the circumstances, working out of the back of a Chevy Tahoe on hand-held tablets.  The bottom-line is, the company really shouldn't have ever did any business out of this location until full electricity was restored to the location.  MY GRIPE, is the location wasn't ever able to accommodate their customers in the way they are know for and accustomed to, until the power was restored. Even though they brag about being family owned, they are still run in the same fashion by the pencil-pushers behind desks at the corporate level, and the bottom-line is "PROFITS"!!!   When I have the time, I will be contacting the corporate offices and fully-confront them with my concerns here.  I, to this day, still know the original founder (Michael Egan), of this company and his entire family.  And things where run entirely different back then, that's why they originally GREW-SO-FAST!!!

Booked a car a few weeks in advance of my trip. They said my total was approximately $290 including the damage waiver for a week. The morning I was to pick it up, they said the damage waiver was $420. This bait and switch nearly ruined my trip as it was too late at that point to get a plane ticket at a reasonable price. Thankfully I was able to drive my own vehicle without issue. Will never use or recommend Enterprise again.

They go above and beyond. I will not deal with anyone else. These folks are absolutly amazing.
