Prompt and professional service. All paperwork completed within minutes and the service advisor explained all the features of the car very well. They also offer pick up and drop off service. The only downside was the lack of available car selections.

Booked online several days in advance. Vehicle was ready, clean, and the associate was very helpful. I had no issues with the rental at all.

My experience was good but I left only two stars because one associate there who had nothing to do with my rental, she did not even know what was going on there and she did not know that the dealership was paying for my rental due to my personal vehicle recall, she started arguing with me and she was trying to charge me extra because I've chosen suv over sedan. But originally I was asked if I want suv, truck or sedan all at the same price. She just told the guy when I was dropping the SUV off it was my request. She basically laid to the other associate that was checking my rental at drop off that it was my request and that I have to pay more. When I asked the associate who rented SUV to me she said - no, there will be no extra cost for the SUV.

Reserved a car 2 weeks in advance. They didn't recognize  the new Florida ID card so service to me was refused. Two days later they were informed about the new New State ID but NOW I'm being told that i need to make a $500 deposit and I need a Utility bill for a CAPITAL ONE payment. I was told with Credit card payment THE ONLY THING i need is my license and a $200 deposit. This is a llonngg story. Went to 5 different locations and was refused service due to misimformation & their lack of knowledge of certain changes within& outaide their work place.
