We have travel to Florida each winter for the past 4 years. Each time we visit we rent a car from Enterprise  and each experience has been wonderful. The people at Enterprise were always very friendly and helpful.  Going forward we will continue to use Enterprise. What is really good is that Enterprise will run specials and discounts on renting. It pays to stick to what works best for us

So far, so good! They take care of me when I go in and they have made sure that I get great deals so far. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car. The staff is very kind.

On the website  I rented a "Compact car" in the Hyundai E. class for 30+ mpg, as were taking a trip to my 60th High School reunion about 900 miles North. When I went to get car it turned out to be a Jeep Renegade. Showing my disappointment, I stated this did.look like an economy car, but was assured it was. the highest  mileage reached was 25.9 mpg, but the car held only 11 gallons at fill-up. Many stops were required to fill along the way!  THIS IS NOT A CROSS-COUNTRY car!  I hope we do better next time. By the way, it is a 2.4 four cylinder made entirely in Italy according to the door sticker....Sam Clay, FL

Everything was great as always... The only exception (not Enterprise's fault) the Chevy Malibu I rented has a new feature called auto stop.. When you get to a light and stop the car shuts of and turns electric... So if you are stopped in traffic (Orlando Disney area) the air gets warm then just blows air (not cold) so 20 mins stopping and going we were all sweating inside of the car with the air conditioning on.....plus once you take your foot of the brake it restarts, shakes and then you can move.... Very stupid idea on Chevy.. Not enterprise... Avoid this feature on any car if you can.... Or are just driving all highway....

 Thanks again Enterprise for making our family trip awesome... And boo to Chevy... Or any car with auto stop...

I rent cars frequently and use different agencies. I never get the excellent customer service that i receive from Justin Nicolai at this office. Justin  knows what customer service is all about and treats customers like their VIPS
