At first it wasn't a very pleasant interaction. The first guy was very arrogant. We didn't have a reservation and he made it very obvious that he didn't want to accommodate us because of it. First thing he told us was that he was very tight on cars and only had a Malibu. When I asked if there was anything else he said don't you need a car asap? I ignored that comment and asked my husband if he wanted to take the car, as we were going back and forth, he chimed in and said "let me know if you want to take it, if not I can just move on to the next customer" after that comment I just refused to deal with him. Thank the lord that the Branch manager Ryan was there. He was super patient and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the car we rented! He took us outside to see the cars he had available, and we ended up renting a charger (which I loved) my husband and I are young and wanted something a little on the sporty side, he was extremely helpful and the price was awesome! If it wasn't for Ryan there would be no chance of me ever stepping foot there, but thanks to him I will rent a car from him every time I visit my
Grandma in the villages! Thanks Ryan!!!

Service was both friendly and timely. Rented two cars in succession from same location in The Villages and both were clean. One thing I didn't like was the gas tank was noted as being "1/2 full" which was slightly overstated. Very hard to bring car back at same level without it being more than when I picked it up but that is relatively minor, more of an irritant. 
I would love it if The Villages location was open on weekends, had to go to a competitor to rent a car on Sunday.

I use the Sumter Landing Enterprise frequently as I do not have a car.  Initially, we had a bump in the road, but since then the service has been amazing. As advertised, I am picked up at my home and when I return the car, I am returned to my home.  The staff is efficient and the paperwork is quick and easy.  Although they are the only car-rental offering in The Villages, they do a superb job.  I will continue to use Enterprise!

My last rental experience was awesome!  The pick up/drop off process was quicker than it has ever been.  Enterprise is the best car rental company that I've ever used.

Had a little issue getting my rental but no one really tried to help but Ryan was a huge life saver. Will definitely do business with HIM from here out..all in all I've had good experiences here and would recommend this facility to anyone ask specifically for Ryan he is awesome.
