No hassles no problems. I rented an economy size but the one they (Lake City) had,had some defects that I was not comfortable with so with no hesitation I was given an SUV for the same price. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. I will be renting from them again..

If you are looking for a car rental company that is very professional but courteous, and very willing to take the time to make sure that your experience is one that you will be more than pleased with just stop by the Enterprise office in Lake City. I've been renting from them a little while now and must say that I have never ever been dissatisfied. I want to send a very special THANK YOU to Paul the manager for making my latest rental experience very special for me. I use to think that the deposit was an inconvenience but for the type of service that they provide, well it's worth every single penny.....Thanks Lake City office for being the best at what you do.

Onice again I received superior service from my favorite car rental company Enterprise Lake City,Florida. They've never disappointed me and continue to treat me like family. If you want a rental and exceptional service see Paul and his associates, you will not be disappointed.

FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE DOOR UNTIL DRIVING OFF THE LOT MIGHT HAVE BEEN 5 MINUTES. THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE IN LAKE CITY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR ABOVE ANY OTHER RENTAL COMPANY IN LAKE CITY. I WILL DEFINITELY RENT FROM AGAIN.I  NEEDED TO BE DROPPED OFF AND WAS GIVEN A RIDE TO MY LOCATION WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

THIS IS MY SECOND RENTAL FROM ENTERPRISE IN LAKE CITY
APRIL 13 THRU APRIL 18, 2016  THE FIRST REVIEW ABOVE WAS FROM 3 MONTHS AGO. THE PERSONNEL ARE WONDERFUL MY REP WAS JAMES , HE WAS VERY HELPFUL . I NEED A RIDE HOME AFTER TURNING IN MY RENTAL HE VERY GRACIOUSLY GAVE ME THE RIDE.
ONLY DOWN SIDE TO THIS RENTAL WAS WE RENTED A CAR WITHOUT FIRST LOOKING AT THE CAR AND OPENING THE DOORS AND SMELLING TO MAKE SURE IT HAD NOT BEEN SMOKED IN. 
WE WILL ALWAYS RENT A MIDSIZE CAR FROM NOW ON , WE RENTED A COMPACT CAR THIS TIME IT WAS COMFORTABLE BUT NOW WHAT WE LIKE.
I HAVE TO STAY WITH 5 STARS BECAUSE OF THE WONDERFUL SERVICE.

So far the best experience among all others, and I travel a lot.
Paul, branch rental manager went out and beyond to provide great service.
Try Enterprise in Lake City, FL. and you will not be disappointed.

My latest 2 experiences have been a LOT better than the first...but, I've learned to go in the day before to MAKE SURE everything was good to go...and it was!

The ONLY thing that could make the experience better...is the PRICE for ONE DAY/Local rentals! 

I am a senior lady, with an older sister in failing health about 100 miles away in S GA. I would like to be able to go visit her more often, but, I can't afford nearly $50 for less than 24 hours on my limited income.
