The Enterprise Rent A Car located on Cassat Avenue is a great rental car office to work with.  Great staff.  They really care about the customer experience. I highly recommend this branch of Enterprise Rent A Car.

I always rent a car from this location. Everyone from the car pick up people to the office staff are always so friendly and pleasant. The Manager Quincy treats all the customer so friendly and puts our needs first. I really appreciate there awesome customer service. Hands down this is the best location to rent a car from in Jacksonville.

Every time I try to rent from these people is something different. If they have more than one person online they lose it. Its 11/21/2017 at 1230 pm no kind of customer service, instead of looking for a solution they flat out tell you they cant help you. I will be going to hertz instead I hope I inspire someone to do the same with this review.

I had a pleasant experience with Enterprise.  The rental car was clean (albeit with the smell of smoke from a previous renter) and in excellent condition.  The fees were reasonable and when I needed to extend the rental, the process was quick and easy.  They were polite and professional during all interactions.  The agent tried to sell me their insurance and was persuasive but I declined it as I was covered under my car insurance policy.  One minor concern is that they did not send a confirmation email when I extended the rental.  It would have been appreciated in case there was a mistake (there wasn't).  I'd rent from this location again.
