This location never, ever answers the phone. I understand in order to get a ride to/from the location you would need to call ahead or otherwise wait an hour or more. Reserving a ride by calling in advance was impossible because no one would ever pick up.

I reserved a rental online, arrived an hour  after my reservation time and still waited yet another hour for the car I reserved. Staff is indifferent and there’s one manager there that seems to do the most he can, but I have seen the phone ring for 20 minutes straight and no one pick up in that office. 

Y’all only get 2 stars because the car itself was decent. Everything else was awful.

Would have given 5 stars but the vehicle was filthy. I was pressed for time so i stayed with it. A black vehicle was run through car wash and not dried. Spots everywhere including glass. Wheels not cleaned in months. Inside was worse. Sand, dry grass, God knows what was on leather covering lower half of shift lever. Staff was great and very accommodating and reduced price when the situation was brought to their attention. Please detail your vehicles before assigning them to customers. Thank you

Service was quick and easy, people were helpful.... the whole reason why I stick with Enterprise.  If there was a way to return on their closed day and not be charged ( like a pre return authorization for prior customers), that would be perfect. That would be a corporate policy idea.

Good rate, fantastic customer service and a nice van. My only complaint was that the van was not as clean as it should have been when we picked it up. The outside was filthy, like it had been raced in a muddy dirt track all day. I can deal with that because it would get dirty on the interstate anyways. That wasn't a huge deal. But the inside looked like it had just been given a quick once-over and had a smell that was a little off-putting. Granted, we were about an hour early picking the van up so that may have been the reason it wasn't as clean as we feel it should have been. Overall, we were happy.

I have rented at this Enterprise location multiple time. I have always been greeted with a smile and courteous service.  I have never had any issues with any of my rentals and would highly recommend renting from them.
