Great service and very quick pick up&drop off. We got the managers special. Very spacious&well equipped minivan. We didn't really need that extra space for just the two of us but it was a comfortable ride. We thought maybe we'd be given a convertible for no extra charge but that did not happen. The car was not thoroughly cleaned though. When we put the back seats away, we found food, straws and napkins in those hidden crevices. And, if you have a mature couple, why charge all that extra cost for a second driver? It's actually safer not to have a tired driver unable to switch out&share the drive. We are on a fixed income&couldnt justify the extra cost. And no one asked if we have AAA or AARP cards for potential discounts. We rented with Enterprise this summer and will most likely again due to efficiency&service. Cost is a deciding factor though.

The staff was excellent. I picked up the car and standing there it looked fine. As we pulled out my wife and I noticed that the car smelled like smoke and was not very clean inside. There was a huge burn mark on the center console and white paint on parts of the interior. We drove a couple of miles and when I put the right blinker on it flashed fast like one of the bulbs was burned out. When we got on the highway we started to hear a noise. My wife and I thought it was air coming in a window. When we got to our destination I realized it was the front left inner fender rubbing on the tire. The car had previously been in an accident and was not repaired properly. The sub frame under the front bumper was still crushed and the front bumper was barely bolted on. The turn signal bulb was not burned out, it was never connected after the repair. Does Enterprise do a safety inspection to the vehicle especially after a crash repair? Are you kidding me? I told all this to a manager when I dropped off the car. She said they would deduct $300 of the $800 rental fee. Of course when they emailed me the receipt they charged me the full price. Thank you Enterprise for sending me out in an unsafe car and then not following through on your promise for a price reduction.

Wonderful experience. I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences in the past using low budget rental companies and decided this time to pay a little more. Everyone at this location was polite and friendly. The young man showing me the car did a great job of explaining everything. This by far was the most professional car rental place I’ve been too.

I rented a car from both the Tampa Bay, FL and Fort Meyers, FL airport and had wonderful experiences at both. When my schedule changed the second time, I had no issues with getting the reservation changed. When I picked up the car all parties were helpful, personal, and curteous. Going forward, when I need to rent a car, it will be through enterprise—even if it costs more than the others because I know I will have a stress free experience.

My rating is more about the car itself and the level of service I received at another branch. The airport Enterprise was fine. I was in the middle of nowhere and the plastic piece on the front bumper fell down and started scraping the ground. So we had to pull it off and throw it in the back seat. I called corporate and was trying to get another car and the local office was terrible to work with. They would put me on hold for long periods and transfer me to corporate when I didn't need to be. All of that to be told they didn't have any other cars. Yes, the car was driveable, but for the price - I expect parts not to fall off while I'm driving.
