Great experience w National, you can walk to the car as an Emerald Club member. Easy process. Also their customer service is outstanding. I left my phone in the rental after returning the vehicle and they were fast and very efficient in finding the vehicle and retrieving the phone in less than 5 mins. Very well organized and courteous staff. The car selection is awesome as well.

While we've had great experiences in the past with National this time it was just average. We requested a luxury car and our flight arrived a bit later than usual around 8:00 p.m. so maybe that was the issue but the lot was pretty picked over. We ended up taking a Chevy Camaro, which was pretty low end, fabric seats and no sunroof. Other than this, the car drove fine, we didn't have any issues and were able to check in/out with ease. Would still book with National again but must admit was a little disappointed in this rental.

The SUV we rented for a week worked out great in Florida. We used it locally around town, and drove across the state through the Everglades. The interior was quiet, and there was plenty of room for 4 with substantial luggage. Pickup and dropoff at the Fort Myers airport was easy. Thanks!

As a customer experience expert, I have a very high sensitivity to service. Every employee was kind, friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Arnie, who is a great brand ambassador - he was very kind and made me feel like family. That's exactly how loyalty is won. As a new Emerald Club member, I'm very happy that I chose Enterprise.
