I  have rented from Enterprise for years. But last weekend I needed a car in a hurry, for a 400 mile trip.  I reserved it online and that process was quick and easy. At the Enterprise office they were polite, friendly and thorough.  They gave me a great up-grade, from a Intermediate to a Luxury vehicle. WOW.  That's one reason why I keep going back to Enterprise;  they are full of pleasant surprises.

I needed a rental while my car was being fixed due to a car accident. I got the original rental from the Fort Myers enterprise located off of 41, and had to go to work right after. Leaving work I discovered something wasn't right with the car, driving over 40 miles an hour it would make a loud sound and the abs light came on.  I was not comfortable driving the car because I usually have my 11 year old in the car as well. I called the 41 location in the morning to let them know of the problem. A guy answered the phone and quickly put me on hold before even finding out with was calling. I was left on hold for 15 mins so when he got back on the phone I asked to speak with a manager since I was calling regarding a problem with the rental and was left on hold for so long, come to find out he was the manager who put me on hold for so long. I explained why I was calling and why I was so upset, and his responded with they had customers in the office that's why I was so quickly put on hold and stayed on hold for so long. But whether I was in the building or on the phone, am I not a customer? Because that location closed at 12 and I couldn't make it in time to switch out the car, he referred me to the roadside assistance so they could help me get a new rental. They had me go to the enterprise at the Fort Myers airport. When I got there none of the employees where notified of me coming to switch out the car, but they quickly accommodated me. Which is where I encountered the worst customer service ever. The girl who took me out to find me a new rental, not only was rude but very unprofessional.  She was in no way knowledgeable for the position she was in, and blamed it on only working there for 5 months, and then when I asked her if I could have someone else help me, she rolled her eyes and stomped back to the office.
When you work in customer service you should never get your feelings involved and always remain professional because regardless of how you feel the customer is always right!

My car broke down today. Right before Christmas. The dealership gave me their special weekly rate to get a car. Enterprise staff were very accommodating and professional throughout the whole process and recognized my stress between trying to get the car fixed, getting a rental, and chasing after my child at the same time. I would absolutely use this company in the future especially this location. Wonderful job! I can’t thank you enough!

Location is awesome. Ashley took great care of us as well as the entire staff at this location. I was in an accident and they promptly set me up with a suburban   I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a car in the Fort Myers area. Outstanding customer service

Enterprise earns my business every time I rent another car. Each location provides the same atmosphere, professional and friendly. From the moment I walk into their office to getting behind the wheel of my rental, it's what you would expect from the best, great attitude and great service. I'm a repeat customer, it's easy with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, it's a pleasure!
