The Enterprise rental experience was everything that we could ask for...and more.  The mini van was ready for us on time, clean and ready to go. We drove to Tampa with it twice on airport runs and it was comfortable with plenty of room in addition to the six passengers.  A bonus for us was the ease with which the seats were moved around to allow us to pick up a new kitchen stove from Sears and deliver it in the box to our residence.  We returned the van a day early and saved ourselves considerable money. This is the second time that we have rented from the Englewood, FL Enterprise Rent-A-Car and when we need to rent again it will be with them.

Had to make changes to date and time several times, but through it all, Enterprise came through.  Vehicle was ready on time, and process was quick and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes.  I've been using Enterprise for the past three years and will continue to do so.  They are very accommodating.  The personnel at the Englewood branch are very professional and courteous.

Everything went as planned.  The RAM 1500 pickup was almost new.  We drove it 5,300 miles over 2 plus weeks without any issues.  I had stopped by the Enterprise outlet to check out pickups prior to my rental date and found 2 out of 3 smelled of cigarettes.  I professed this to the staff and they made sure I received a fresh new truck for my rental timeline.  I picked the truck up one afternoon and was able to use the drop box for a later than open drop off.  The Englewood, FL Enterprise branch does a great job and I am one who will vouch for their professionalism and customer comes first attitude.

Friendly, yet pushy about getting the daily fully coverage insurance. Also, when I  returned vehicle I know for a fact there wasn't a NEW dent but they insisted there was and said I was lucky I put the insurance on. I was supposed to drop it off with 7/8 tank of gas, I dropped it off full. I dropped it off the night of Thursday March 2nd 2017 and got a phone call Tuesday March 7th 2017 letting me know my card was charged the remainder of the insurance I guess I still owed. Why not call before and give a heads up. I did not have that $90 to be stolen out of my account. I'm not happy with the customer service skills, procedures or what have you.. I will do what I can to never need a rental in the future. Good day.

My agent was great. 
My car smelled like cigarette smoke and he didn't have another car, only a truck and so I stayed with the car. The whole 2 hour drive to the airport I could smell the stale ash tray stench and i couldn't get adjusted. 
The car was from Canada and had 50,000+ miles on it. 
The worst part was the speedometer didn't work. I was going 90 miles an hour and being passed on the freeway. I couldn't figure out a consistent speed adjustment. Looking at a mobile speed indicator on the road it looked like it was about 20 miles off. Then I went 80 on the freeway and backed up traffic. I ended up driving 130 and went with the flow of the fast lane. It was a struggle the whole way. 
I told the people all this when I turned it in. 
I having never had this unpleasant an experience before with Enterprise.
Once again my agent tried to do what he could for me.
