Nightmare. The rental itself was fine, but we barely drove the car. Sat in an enclosed parking spot with boundaries on either side for most of the trip. Upon return, they saw a tiny scratch (that absolutely may have been there before) and forced us to pay our $500 deposit and after trying to dispute it for 45 minutes, we had to run to the airport or miss our flight. It's been over two weeks and they still haven't done an actual estimation on the car. We didn't do it, and never even saw the scratch and of course Insurance doesn't cover it. Nightmare. Never. Again. Total scam.

I have rented from Enterprise many times with good experiences. The Tamaami office was friendly and helpful. I will gladly return there for my next rental in the Sarasota area.

This company has been very fine to work with in  Sarasota and Tucson.  The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and considerate.  The cars have been clean, dependable and easy to drive.  The ability to have  someone pick me up is very important to me.

Awesome experience.  Brandon and his team were spot on.  The vehicle, a Dodge Grand Caravan, was perfect for our needs.  That Stow-N-Go feature is great.  And the car performed flawlessly.  I've rented cars from other companies over the years, but this company and especially this branch has always been a great experience.  They go way and beyond to satisfy their customers. I'll be back again & again.  Thanks again guys, you're the best.

Enterprise is the only car rental company that does not try to rip you off when you go to pick up the car. No BS, reserve online, they pick you up. Can't ask for a better company!
