I really love the people at the Fowler location in Fort Myers. They are always kind, courteous and quick. They are a great group for sure! So far I loved all the cars I have rented from there as well. Never had a problem and I am a regular renter due to my travel requirements for work. 5 Stars all the way!!

We were more than pleased with our recent rental at this particular location....we forgot a bank bag with cash in the glove compartment and the employee cleaning the truck was honest and turned in the money. The manager called us and everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. This will be our location for rentals every time we return to SW Florida.

The only car rental company that picks you up and drops you off within a reasonable distance from their rental store. And free of charge. 
Enterprise car rental 's employees are always very helpful and in positive energy towards the customers. I am theirs customer for life, because I have 20 years of contention and sastifaction with theirs services,  always,  through out the USA,  from renting a day to 90 days,  personal or business,  I only use Enterprise,  no other. I  had involved in car accidents, while driven theirs cars,  and a replacement car was availabled within the next 2 hours, and it didn't matter the time or date because  theirs airport rental locations are operated 24 hours,  so always there are cars availabled for customers. Also , the rates are very competitive and the cars are in good  condition and good appearance outside same as inside. I give Enterprises car rental 5 stars ,they have earned them with providing great services to me for 20 years and as long as I am still have the needs for car rental,  Enterprises is the only choice for me. Thanks for superior services,  Enterprises car rental.

Everyone at this location was very friendly and helpful.  Our Jeep was very new, clean and ready when we got there.  We were waited on immediately and spent very little time on paperwork picking up and returning.  Great experience over-all !!!

I can't honestly say if it was Travelocity or Enterprise that messed up our reservation. Unfortunately when we arrived Friday morning our reservation was not there and they did not have the car, a convertible, that we wanted for a trip to the Florida Keys. However, the employees at Enterprise went out of their way to make things right. We were given a luxury car at a better than advertised price. Shortly after leaving we received a phone call stating that they had found a convertible nearby. We went and quickly swapped out vehicles and after a short delay we were able to enjoy the car we wanted on our wonderful trip. Great customer service 5 stars!!!!
