Boris is the name. I though when I met him he was having a bad because things can get hectic with a bunch of customers coming in and out, I have understanding of people and there work situations. When I encountered Him a second time I got the same disrespect I did the first time he must picks and chooses who he wants to be nice and rude to because I am a nice person and there is no reason to be rude to people specially when it is not there problem nor if you did anything to them.
My experience at enterprise is usually good, but when i encountered him he was not  what I expected from a customer service person I am making this my last time going to them unless something changes but I may have to make that change and go else where because no one should be treated how I was treated regardless of the situation.
Making it right would have been the best thing to do but the type of guy he is that would have been to much for him to do.

Tried to take advantage of me by adding an optional protection fee on the rental without telling me. Only reason I decided to get a rental was because someone crashed into me and totaled my car and I was offered a free rental while I searched for a new car. When you’re going over the contract with your customers you might want to mention the fact you added something to it that makes me have to pay. Also I asked them to email me the contract and they never did? Probably because they didn’t want me to notice the charge. Almost got $400 dollars from me but you failed. So if you must use this place, make sure they aren’t trying to rob you. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I’ve rented here before and will continue to - awesome customer service! They were friendly and accommodating. They worked with my change in schedule with no problems. Their great manager had music on and employees were stress-free and happy!

I got a nice SUV at a reasonable price for a long road trip.  Staff were very nice and accommodating. They did put an extra 200 dollar hold on my credit card above the price of the rental.  It was returned to me after the vehicle was brought back in good shape.

This was a very easy experience.  The car we reserved was available as were several upgrade options.  
Returning at Tampa Airport was a breeze!  Easiest return I’ve ever done
