This was 2nd time I've rented from this location. I rented based on location and by price. But I returned because of the outstanding service I received the first time.  This time I was happy to again get outstanding service. I had an upgrade coupon for my rental. The agent didn't notice it at first but when I requested it they immediately fixed it. Then when they noticed it was taking too long to get my upgrade ready......the supervisor upgraded me again to a marvelous car beyond my coupon just to get me on my way.  Then upon my return it was a Crazy Monday morning and I thought I'd have to wait a long time to return the car.  They immediately cared for me and I was on my way.  If I can get another outstanding deal with the website, then I will definitely rent from this location again.

I only rent with Enterprise. They have the best prices, great cars, and excellent customer service. They are always on top of things. The eastbay location in Largo is excellent and I only rent from this location, when in town. Highly recommended.

The rental car with free upgrade was great. The only problem we had was that we couldn't hand in the car and keys after hours, which meant that my sister had to take us to the airport and then return to the car rental to hand in the keys. There should be a way to leave keys after hours.

Rented here while my car was in the repair shop.  Good overall experience.  Good prices.  They both picked me up and dropped me off.  Everyone was professional and courteous.

This time deserved 10 stars but my last experience was maybe a 2. Looks like they fixed the staff issues. The whole team was on point and I was in a vehicle pretty quick.  Defiantly regret trying to rent with Avis or Budget.
