I booked a larger luxury vehicle. The rental was a good value for weekly rental. Easy online booking. Upon arrival, I was checked in in 10 - 15 min, given a choice of vehicles, and on the road in a short period of time. The large SUV was clean and drove well. The roominess and seating provided exactly what my family needed for our trip.

I'll be honest, at the beginning of my experience for the rental was less than I deal. I had to get the car swapped and a few other issues arose along the term of the rental, but EVERY step I received top notch customer care and I felt really appreciated in the end. They made the best out of the worse situation go so easy.

At first I was offered a vehicle that wasn't a mid size suv and I was not a happy camper.  Then I was offered a Sante Fe and I was content.  I rented for the weekend Fri-Mon and did not have any issues.  The ride was great and as soon as I turned it back in someone else was renting it out.  I definitely will be renting from there again.  Satisfied customer

Horrible experience.  I was getting my car fixed at a shop and leaving it there. I tried to plan a pick up so that they would be there at a certain time since I had schedule for getting to the airport.  I was told I couldn't make an appointment but had to call when I got to the repair shop for a pickup because they couldn't afford to wait around if I wasn't ready. They told me they were familiar with my shop and it's only 10 minutes away. I told them I couldn't afford to wait around either since I had a flight to catch. When I got to the repair shop they called Enterprise. After waiting 25 minutes I  started to get nervous and called back. They assured me the guy was right around the corner and it would be no more than 10 minutes. After 40 minutes I called again.  I got the same story. (no more than 10 minutes), When the car arrived, I thought they were bringing me my car but it was now that the driver told me that no, I had to go back to the office. I did not have time for this and got quite upset. The driver then turns the car off to call the office.  I was pleading with him to start the car and just drive back to the office as time was of the essence. He would not. I couldn't even get him to start the car. It took 5 minutes before he got off the phone with the office and would start the car.  It was now 50 minutes after I have needed the car to arrive. When I got to the rental place they were not ready to give me the car, in fact I don't think they had any. They gave me some car from the back that was so dirty I could not see clearly out the mirrors. Looked like they took dirty water after mopping a restaurant fry line floor and wiped the car down. The interior was dirty and the seats stained with god knows what. The inside stunk like a dead fish that someone tried to cover up with bleach. This is my 2nd horrible experience  with Enterprise of 2. I will never use them again.  I wouldn't have used them this time but the guy's insurance company who was fixing my car told me I had to  use Enterprise.  Now I know why. Must be cheap for the insurance company.

I have been a loyal enterprise customer for a few years now and I am and always have been extremely impressed with the team that takes care of me at your 5th Ave., South location in St. Petersburg. If they are representative of the overall service that your company gives consistently and over long periods of time then they deserve the top rating they can get. They are proactive instead of reactive, They always make sure I have the car I want at the time I want in the place I want. I can't recommend enterprise or their team is highly enough and continue to be a very satisfied.
