Worst company store ever. I called to find out why i was getting charge 2 days when i returned it back the next. Aubree was very tude didn't let me talk and while i was talking ahe handed the phone to Chris and i asked why she did that. That was rude from her and he said what that my issue can be resolved to customer service and i told him to let me explain what happen. I wanted to make a complaint about Aubree and he hung up the phone on me, tried calling back and no answer. Worse customer service ever, will not recommend and will never used them again.

Reserved a minivan in advance for $240....when I got to the counter at the airport they wanted $390 with all thier fees (including ins). Bottom line, I ended up without a car. Looking for s cheaper alternative. Very deceptive pricing. Customer service agent told me the insurance surcharge is mandatory. If it's 'mandatory' it should be included in the estimate. Online estimate said $240 with fees and taxes.

The airport location is forcing insurance on there customers and charging customers double for Florida tolls. This place is crooked. Nasty customer service reps too. I will be going straight to the top at Budget with this one. I will also be contacting the BBB.

Extremely rude. Manager didn't want to provide service His remarks were "it's Sunday" and "your kind isn't welcomed here" NEVER GOING BACK

Merv has been excellent to resolve my issue and concern eventhough the rental in question originated at Port Canaveral budget location where it was handled poorly. I greatly appreciate what he had done for me. Fantastic customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended.
