We wanted to rent a convertible on our vacation, and originally went to the competitor down the street for a better price. After they weren't able to get us a convertible in a timely manner, we went to Enterprise instead.  We explained our situation with the competitor, and they matched the price and got us a convertible within about 15 minutes. Staff was fantastic and fun to deal with.  They turned a bad morning into a pleasure.  We will definately return for all of our future rentals.

Those of us that live in Sebring and rent cars from here know the truth.  Don't listen to the reviewer who posted to Stay Away.  I vouch for this location and all the people that serve me from here.  They care about everyone who comes through the door.   We are rural and business goes up and down with the time of day.  They cant have 10 people to serve us during the rush and then send them home the rest of the day.   If you dont reserve a car in advance or if someone brings a car back late it may not get detailed.  They usually tell you that.  We are all Human and we have imperfections but to take out your upset and tell the World that your one experience should be the basis to slander this location is not warranted.  Please communicate your needs or frustrations to management.  I have rented from this location dozens of times over the past year and am delighted to have them in my home town.

The rental people in Sebring FL were very friendly and accommodating.  It happened to be a very busy time with an aircraft expo, car races and other events, but our car was ready and waiting.  Thank you.

I'm in the Avon Park and Sebring area and the only issue I have for four and a half years is that you all do not employ enough people to pick up anyone that needs a vehicle when the Avon Park Branch does not open on Saturday and Sunday to pick us up also when I'm in need of a vehicle only for Sunday, I would need to rent on Saturday before 12 o'clock and be charged two days because I cannot rent a vehicle on Sunday or I'm just needing it for Saturday and not the whole weekend I cannot turn it back in because both facilities our offices are closed on Sunday I still would get charged for 2 days and I believe that some people do not want to keep the vehicle for the whole weekend they just want to pay for that one day and not get charged for two days so I believe that you all can come up with a system and I know it costs money like all the managers are complaining about cuz I believe that they get Commission this cause comes out of their pocket and also that's coming out of the people pocket, I would believe it's just as important so you all need to come up with a way that we can turn in a vehicle on Sunday get a camera over there key return box with a timer or something Enterprise I'm pretty sure it's making enough money with the technology that we have so when they come in on Monday they can calculate the fact that we turned the keys and on Sunday and not get charged for Sunday or Saturday night after they close at 1 o'clock in the afternoon if they only needed for just that one day and rented that Saturday morning before and turn it back in either way they're going to be people that want to rent for the whole weekend like I do sometime and I believe this is my feedback other than that everything is great and by the way you all do not have enough trucks available on the weekend you always running out of trucks a lot of people are renting trucks please provide more trucks,, that's the only vehicle that I desire to rent from the Avon Park and Sebring area Florida also I've been with you all along time  and I  would like to see you giving me a better discount I would appreciate it if you up my discount, thank you!
