I love the atmosphere in the office...  The office staff is willing to go above and  beyond... to make sure that I was happy... The young lady who picked me up from work ... was very easy to talk to... We talked about EVERYTHING from work to my Grand baby... & she was very interested in what I was talking about... I would've given a rate of 5 stars... but the AC in the car didn't work...  You must have AC in Florida... Other than that... it was a GREAT experience!

I switched to Enterprise after being a long-time, but lately disappointed  customer of one of its competitors and this local Enterprise office has impressed me in many ways.  First, the initial customer intake and reservation process was efficient and enthusiastic.  Then they made the car pick up smooth and very customer friendly by showing interest, energy and top notch professionalism.  GREAT JOB!

I appreciate the smiles, friendliness and how helpful the team at the E Colonial shop are.  I frequently rent from there and nothing is to much trouble.  Everyone is well trained and it's always a very quick and easy pick up and drop off.  I have rented several different cars and they have all been clean and in good condition.  I'm a big fan.

Agent was extremely helpful and informative. He made my first vehicle rental experience a breeze! I will definitely rent with enterprise in the future based off of this awesome experience!
