I had a sinking feeling in my heart as our plane descended into Orlando Sanford Airport as I realized I had booked our car at the wrong airport.  I immediately made my way to the Alamo counter and told the agent that "one of us was at the wrong airport".  He smiled and effortlessly transferred my prepaid reservation to the proper location.  I had my choice of SUVs and was met at the exit by a pleasant older gentleman who walked around the car and asked if I had any questions.  He also asked me if I was happy with the customer service.  Indeed I was!  

Upon returning the car, I was met with the same level of professionalism and a friendly smile.  Once again, I was asked if I was happy with the customer service.  Indeed I was!

We've rented through Alamo many times and it's always been one of the easiest parts of our trip. The staff is great and they do what needs done quickly and efficiently.  We will continue to use Alamo for all our travels!

We vacation in Orlando every year to see the theme parks. This year we just went to get away. Alamo made our get away extremely special!!! The staff was very friendly and one of the staff members even remembered us from 2 yrs ago. Wow!!! They even told us that because we were loyal customers we would receive an upgraded (sports) car. We actually got to ride around in a car that was a dream car of mine!!! I must say Alamo, you have made me one happy, and lifetime customer. Thanks!!!

Excellent transaction. The entire process took less than 10 minutes...and that's both renting and returning combined. I'll definitely be back with Alamo.

Our first experience with Alamo was more than pleasant!  We went for a wedding in Tampa but flew into Orlando Sanford.  

Much to our surprise the attendant at the desk did not try to push us into all the extras people are talking about.  We were greeted very professionally by Wilson!  He is a great associate for Alamo SFB and I will be returning and asking for him!
