This is the second time I've rented from Enterprise on Hwy 1 in Vero Beach. I got a Jeep Grand Cherokee quickly, so I was on my way in no time at all. They are very customer oriented, even with the smallest details, like greeting me at the door. The car was a new model, full of cool electronics that I enjoyed using. The navigation system kept me on track and less stressed, as did knowing I'd signed for the extra insurance to completely protect this high-end vehicle. It was quite a leg stretch to get into the driver's seat, but once there, the car was comfortable and I felt safe. Thanks, guys! Now, if you could somehow retrieve the valuable item I left in the car, I'd be ecstatic!

Quick friendly service, great rates. I even got a discount because of my work. Nice perk! 
The car was clean and in excellent condition, I drove everywhere with no worries about breaking down or mileage being counted. 
Definitely going back!!

Very busy but truck we rented was great and for a good price. Everyone was friendly. At the check out an extra $100 was added to the bill for insurance that I did not authorize. My own policy covered me fine. It was removed when I pointed it out, but I have to wander if this is something that happens and is not noticed.

Each of the Enterprise staff provided professional assistance at each point of contact.    They delivered on their promise.    I was picked up on time.   I was provided a vehicle even better than I expected.    The S.U.V. performed wonderfully.  The return process was seamless.   I was given a ride home without delay.    I am a very satisfied Enterprise customer.

One of the worst car rental places I have ever dealt with... I called to make reservations a month in advance and was quoted a great price and It was all set, the lady told me to call a couple days in advance to make sure they could get the vehicle we wanted. I called a week before my trip and they told me that I was extremely miss quoted and there is no way I could get that vehicle at that price.. we were extremely disappointed with such poor communication within the business... there was nothing they could do to help us, we made the reservation for the higher price quote (no other option at this point). Just yesterday I called to check if the vehicle we wanted was available for our trip in 2 days... well, they told us there is no reservation under our name or our number... at this time I was furious and so over dealing with such an awfully ran business. I now had to make a new reservation and was quoted a HIGHER price!!!! Never using this car rental agency again.
