I have been travelling over 30 years. Enterprise has all the qualities to provide the best value. Easy checkin and drop off. Upgrades more than 1/2 the time for no extra cost. Local stores to avoid high taxes at airport locations. Competitive if not the lowest pricing. Employees that treat me like a customer. 5 Stars.

I had easily the worst experience renting a car from this location, and this put a sour taste to want to ever rent from them again. Go back a few months ago. I had rented a car from here. Didn't have a credit card, used Debit, had to show a bill. Cellphone bill! Perfect, done deal. On 11/29/2016, I was suppose to rent a car from here. Figured that a cellphone bill would fine, as it was last time I rented. Well, found out the hard way, and right then, and there, they didn't accept those. The staff was also not helpful in ANYWAY possible. Customer Service can go a long way, even if that means going to a different rental company. Which I did. I asked just to be dropped off near said company, and they absolutely refused. I had to walk 40 minutes to the location. Unacceptable. The least they could've done was given me a ride. I will never rent from this company again. Not because of the bill bit, but because of the terrible customer service. Or lack of it.

I love enterprise they are great Neal, Melissa are my favorite of them all. Will continue to rent cars from them.

Beware!  I was charged over a year later for services that should have been direct billed to Mike Erdman Body Shop.  I spoke with the branch manager on multiple occasions as she called me to let me know that they had something mixed up in their system.  Turns out, she is no longer with the company and when the new branch manager or district manager, Ryan, took over, they went ahead and charged me without resolving the issue.  Keep all of your paperwork straight with these guys and don't trust them with your credit card info.

Great people. My car broke down on our vacation, 114 miles from home.  It was dealt with by the manufacture's dealership.  
We were left with 3 weeks of driving plans and no car.  Enterprise enabled us to continue with our vacation and were very accommodating to our needs.   
The staff was great. The rented Nissan was excellent. The cost was affordable. They picked us up and dropped us off.
