Hands down the best service I have ever received at a rental car location anywhere. Even with difficult requests, there were no issues and I was helped with a smile, but the truly outstanding point was when the incredibly helpful rep ordered me a Lyft when I couldn't get online on my phone. Going above and beyond like that is rare in this day and age, and it really made my day. I will never use another location in Portland. Thank you!
