I  would rate the experience as excellent. They came and picked us up to get the car and dropped us off after we turned it in. The rate was good and the car was good. The folks at the West Plains office were super. Enjoyed dealing with them.

Our experience at West Plains Enterprise is always AMAZING! Wonderful, caring, thoughtful people that will go above and beyond no matter what to always make sure we're happy and always coming back! Always call and ask for Kimberly! She's literally the best! She's always been there for us when we call and always gets the job done! Thank you for everything Kimberly! We will always be a reoccurring customer to west plains store!

Got online and scheduled my rental, and was so easy,  needed to change schedule later and was also no problem to do.  Enterprise called to confirm day before pickup.  From pickup to drop off, my experience was 10 out of 10, these guys are great!

I have been renting from Enterprise a couple of times a year for the past several years.  Usually I use a different town because of convenience.  This was my first experience with the West Plains Enterprise and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had renting from Enterprise or any other company.    I will go out of my way to use the West Plains branch in the future.
