Person brought my husband and myself our car to pick us up from BMW, I was sitting nice and warm in the building. She asked my husband to come check out the car to make sure no damages. I said I would come out once inspection was done so I would stay warm. The lady told me to come too because the car was warm and this would be the last step. So ok we get out to the car. The car is COVERED in snow cant even tell if there are damages. The inside of the car is freezing not been warmed up yet. My husband asked why the car had not been cleared for her to drive it to BMW, she said because it was too cold. So poor customer service. So going to ask the customer to clear the car off for her. She didnt even know its a law to clear the car before you drive...

Great office staff and customer service. The assistant manager, Kenyatta, was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and professional. Very satisfied with my experience with Enterprise.

I want to thank Oliver for taking great care of me & for being a great guy. He went above and beyond to accommodate my situation and rental needs.  This place has a great team overall and is the main reason why i repeatedly go here.

Every single person I have dealt with here has been absolutely wonderful. Not only has enterprise the company been great,  this locations employees have been  amazing. They worked with me, calling my insurance for me several times, and gave me great deals on the cars I drove. Defiantly recommend this company and this location.

Great office staff, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes from start to finish when renting a vehicle.  Hours are great as well.
