After having rented only from Enterprise over the years this is the absolute worse experience I have ever had. First off we reserved the car a week in advance and were to pick it up on Friday at 4 pm. We arrived at Enterprise at 3:45 pm to complete paperwork. There was no car there for us! They stated they had to go get one and had to go fill the tank up.  Tried to talk me into a truck but I had reserved a full size car.  Anyway 25 minutes later they came back with a totally filthy car inside and out and to top it off was not full of gas. Since I had paid for gas up front I expected a car that was full of gas. Well that didn’t happen either so another 15 minutes passed while they went for gas. My wife and I were waiting inside and I asked why we had to go through all of this . We were told bluntly and rudely that we were early to pick the car up!  On top of all this we were not given any instructions on the car so we just had to figure it out after we left.  I’ll think twice next time before I go through all of this again......

I arrived the morning which we had reserved out vehicle ... they were just finishing cleaning the rental that had been returned the prior evening. I was greeted with a friendly smile and quick service and was on our way in short order. A great experience.

It was so easy to rent a car from the Plainfield location. I got on their website and made the reservations. I got the car I wanted and it was in great shape and clean. I had to call for a pick-up which I wish we an option on their website. Returning the car was also easy. I did an after hours return and just dropped the keys in the drop box. Received a call the next day to let me know everything was all done. I would have given them 5 stars but I asked for a pick up at 9am and the driver didn't show up until almost 10. I had to call because I was concerned he wasn't coming. That is my only complaint about my service with them.

Jason and his staff have been great!  I am a frequent renter and they go out of their way to help me get to my destination.

I enjoy doing business with Enterprise. They're not the cheapest on the market but definitely not the most expensive either. They make up for it with their great service.
