Very very sad. For such a major known rental company that is so close to the airport to have such a horrible and long wait to return a rental. I've rented cars and returned cars from other companies in the Miami area not close to an airport and these guys had me sign in and wait to return a car. They show no urgency to their job and service the customers.  Too bad I really had a good experience with Hertz in ATL but the return in MIA is horrible

Great place. Got my rental with no problems. Place is a little busy. Just expect to wait about half an hour while all guests are served. ☺

There's no words to describe how disappointed I'm and for sure others feel the same with this place, incredible how even the guy who call him self a manager don't know how to manage a rental car situation. Cars are NEVER ready / customers has to wait more than an hour to be served and another to get the car, because cars are never ready or clean to go. The place it self is very dirty smells bad all the time. Employees always in bad mood and they are rude with disrespectful actitud all the time. So my question is this . Does hertz care about clients? This have been going for so long and no one in corporate apparently is paying attention.
