Easy pick up
Vehicle in good condition 
No service at drop off - had to wait far too long to get a printed receipt on a early Sunday eve with lots of cars. Only one person to service drop off and there should have been more.  Truly dislike the location of rental area in proximity to the terminals - when carrying bags it’s a long walk

Terrible service at this Hertz location. No one knew how to do anything as this rental was booked through my company and they wouldn't let me leave without information regarding my return flight. Why would I bring information about my return flight to a car rental? Who knows. If it is policy for me to have this information why wouldn't they let me know at the time of the reservation? Such incompetence and terrible customer service. The guy at the gate was cool at least.

I didn't encounter any problems while renting a car here. The check-in process was fast and easy, and the staff was helpful.

Simple rental and the staff was very friendly.  The vehicle was very clean and the check in procedure was simple and efficient.

They were so great. Forgot my wallet in the car and they brought it TO the terminal so I could make my flight in time.
