Best service EVER! I had some car troubles and had to leave my car at the shop for a few days. In order to get around I needed a rental car. My friend recommended Costless car Rental and I must say it was  a great recommendation. Ron was super nice, picked me up right from the shop and took me to my rental - a super clean and nice 2017 Honda Civic. Paperwork was done in a flash, he gave me a great rate and off I went. It was a joy to ride in this car and I was almost sad when I found out that my own car was ready for pickup. I have rented many cars in my life, but Costless Car Rental was hands down to greatest place I ever rented from. The service was quick and professional and I felt in great hands. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable car. Even if you just want a car rental on urgent basis - this is definitely the place to go to. Thank you so much for all your help, Ron and Costless car rental!! Now I am almost hoping that I will need to rent a car from them soon ;-)

This was my second time renting a car from Costless Car Rental. The first was two years ago. I'm happy to say that their service is still wonderful, and their rates are exceptional. I emailed Ron a couple of days before my trip, and he answered me promptly. My daily rate was an affordable $20, and they offered to pick us up at the airport. I will always rent from them when I visit LA.

It's been such a pleasure renting a car for a long term from John and his partners. The staff is very personable and attentive, which brought their customer service to a more congenial level. They were always available when I needed help with anything and were prompt in their response. The car they rented to me was in great condition and drove smoothly with no problems as they kept it well maintained for the three months I had it. I highly recommend this company and will definitely keep using their services while I am in the LA area due to their low rates, ease of rental, and long term availability.

My son is on his 2nd car in 3 weeks. This car he currently has, has broken down and he can't get a hold of anybody to get a different car. It's been down for days. Horrible customer service. He is probably spending the deposit on Christmas gifts versus giving my son a reliable car. I'm going to call the BBB.

Horrible service, disorganized. It’s like they don’t care about customer experience and the cars are trash, super old and very very poorly maintained. To get someone on the phone is a mission. The car had issueswhen I last rented  and wanted to talk to someone about fixing it but to get someone on the phone is bananas. Just seems like no one cares about customers.
