I just want to say, for being a first time customer at this facility has been a great experience. Great customer service always on the go very communicative of their cars their paperwork and very well explained thank you for the staff they have in Hertz in North Hollywood. If you do you need a vehicle that’s a place to go.

They tricked me into signing for insurance coverage, after I declined the coverage. "sign here to for the waver for insurance..." You just sign for the coverage. When I refused to pay for it they sent me to collection. STAY AWAY from this place. The body shop that sent me to this place no longer use them because they had multiple complaints.

Rented from here three times and have never had a problem. Super helpful and gave me a much lower price than quoted.

Do not trust online quotes or car availability. We reserved a car online and after taking a taxi there we were turned away because there were none on the lot despite what the website said (but they of course offered an expensive upgrade). They checked the "surrounding area" and found nothing to avail. Our first other Hertz we personally called had our car. Make sure to call first and confirm even after the online confirmation!

So rude and they lie about everything! I was told a 50$ deposit was required and would be returned at the end of the claim I paid out of pocket for 30% of this claim and now they are saying that they included the 50$ in the payment i made! Such lies! And they are so rude!!!!!!
