I've been renting from Enterprise for a couple years now. The reason I go to back (at least twice a month) is for a number of reasons. I like the idea that it's a family-run business. I also look for good prices for a quality product, which Enterprise provides me. Thirdly, the service is consistently good. The management and team are professional, courteous and nice.

I have always had my needs met here. I don't rent red cars and when that is the one they have lined up or me, they are happy to exchange it for me.
Since I am a country girl and used to the fresh air in the outdoors, I am sensitive to some of the car deodorizers , they change me out every time if I think the fragrance is too strong. They always offer to give me a ride home. This is one of my favorite locations to rent.

Best rental car company I have had the pleasure of renting with. They always have amazing prices and the staff at the office on Vineland in North Hollywood are all super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be renting from them again soon.

On 04/03/2018 was heading to Enterprise down the street in Noho that my AAA Specialist made all the arrangements. I called earlier that morning I spoke to a CS rep who transferred me to Matt who verified my reservation and said I was to ask for him. After arriving Parking wasn't easy so I parked at the Mc Donald's next door. I walked in and holy cow there was about 9 people in the lobby and only one guy at the desk. I was like this is going to take a while. It seems that early weekdays are BUSY!
There were not enough seats for the customers and more kept arriving. Standing and observing the room and kept thinking this is going to take a very long time, the guy at the Desk said to us; " I will be with you in just a moment". It seemed to sound sweet but then another handful of people walked in and it was his coworkers and they were helping other customers. 

One lady walked in and said my goodness look at this. I had to stop her and say "wait a moment you just walked in and have not given him a chance". About 7 minutes passed and the guy behind the desk was Working The Room. I told her " Look at that, you mean to tell me you were going to just bash him and not see what he was doing" She agreed and said your right "He is working the room". within 16 minutes he was down to the last 3 and "Lady's first" I let her go in front of me. 

When it was my turned I mention how pleased I was to see how fast he worked the room. Just the fact he acknowledged EVERYONE and then I told him I was the one he spoke to over the phone. I explained that this was my first time coming to a rental without a reservation of my own and had a problem with my cc and the required deposit. Calmly in body expression and with a warm smile he said that he could help me out. 
I explained that I have a van and really needed something with that size but for the price that my insurance would cover and didn't know how long my vans repairs would take. Not even a second of pause he said " I can help you". Right there and then I felt calm about everything. I even had one of his specialist follow me home just so that I could have access to the van. Thank you Enterprise - Matt

I am new to NOHO and Enterprise on Vineland is my choice and will be a return RATER and REVIEWER in the future.

I love enterprise.  I have tried others and no longer will go anywhere but enterprise.  Great service, and I love that they pick you up and take you back.  The best.
