Me and a few others waited over 30 min to get a car. I was then put in a lower class car than what I payed for. I refused to take the car so I had to wait to be driven to Sherman Way where I was then put in a car that had a huge dent on the passenger side. The rep. didn’t notice it. Luckily I did. Therefore I had to wait even longer for the model car I payed for. When I brought the car back I had to wait again just to return it. I’ve been going to enterprise for years now. This is the first horrible experience I have. The Tujunga branch needs new employees/management.

These guys really took care of us we got there right after they close but they stayed open and helped us were very accommodating they do close at 6 so be warned but it is only about three miles to the yard work

I've been to this Enterprise branch before and they seem to go out of their way to make sure you're happy! The guys I worked with were all very nice and friendly. This wasn't the closest branch to where I was but I have been there before and it's worth a few more minutes drive.

Experienced trouble with the car that was given to me, but the representatives were very accommodating as to expenses toward the rental.
