They have a nice selection to choose from. Easy rental policy, but low value to cost aspect. Overall, great men to work with.

I am a fairly new customer of this business and I have been very pleased with the service that I've received since patronizing with them.  

I haven't met all their staff just yet but, I've previously dealt with Mike, Kirk, Anthony and Carlos.  These guys have been great to me providing outstanding customer service and assistance with any issues or questions I had regarding my rentals.
  
I am an early worm so, I like to get things done early and quickly because of my daily schedule.  Well. Mike is there on time, waiting to assist me every time a come to pick up a car.  I never have to wait and a car is always waiting for me clean and ready to go (THANKS GUYS).  

I highly recommend this rental car company.  They might be small in size but, they are big on satisfying their customers.

I've been working with Carolina Rent A Car consistently for several years, renting cargo vans and box trucks to help transport tools and materials to volunteer projects around North and South Carolina. Kirk, Mike and the other agents have always been super friendly, courteous, and efficient with reservations and I've never had any problem with the quality of the vehicles. I'd recommend Carolina Rent A Car to anyone.
