I got a mid-SUV which has 40,000 miles and a mildew smell. The trunk was not clean but I had to rent this car to pick up my kids (it was 5:30pm). Then I have called 5 different enterprise stores to switch with the other but they have cars for only new rental, not for switch. I have used rental cars more than 50 times but it was the worst car and experience. I think I have been a good customer with enterprise but I am leaving now.

Also the rate here is 4 stars but as you can see, so many local guide gave 5 stars.

I can’t complain about customer service, good job there but when they rob you in the face that’s when I begin to start getting uncomfortable. After spending almost $700 dollars on a rental they charged me for 2 extra days. Not cool! 
Oh, and as a reward for getting robbed I got a 10% on my next rental. Maybe I should just choose another rental company. So I won’t be using the 10% piece of discount.

I deal with customer every single day, and I know how hard can be some times to please every customer.   This place is awesome, I haven't have such a great customer service in a while.  I will say superb!!  GREAT customer service.  Great attitude, professional service.  Thank you.

UPDATE: All misunderstandings have been resolved with great customer service and attentiveness as to the new scheduled time, David is a fine gentleman. That is how you make it up to a customer ladies and gents!

I was promised a car on Monday after my accident. I walk into the store and try to pick up my rental that I was promised that day but I was told it wouldn't be available til Wednesday. I was very frustrated so I walked out to cool off and came back in to ask if there was anything I could do. They told me no and to come back Wednesday. I call this morning and the man who answers the phone, I believe a David, informs me that they remember me and that I did not "schedule the appointment" that day, even though they recognized I didn't when I left and didn't even bother to call me. Was very blunt and heartless as to my situation so now I have no way of getting to work today without taking 3 hours worth of buses. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
