We rented 2GMCs for our wedding the weekend of September 23 and the whole process was less stressful.Elisabeth is a Princess! Very gentle, calm and courteous. Zach and Kyle were very helpful as well and we look forward to visiting this location again.Above and beyond service.Thanks again!

I booked a rental through this location but realized I couldn't return it earlier than 7:30 AM. When I asked a corporate person to help me find out the rate if I were to move my existing reservation to drop off at the airport, the agent changed my reservation without  my permission, going from a total of $50 to $368. Obviously this was too much money, so I had her change it back to my original reservation and she agreed to waive the cancellation fee. (There wouldn't have been a fee if she had done what I had originally asked her!!) Unfortunately I won't be able to rent from this location due to drop off times, but  getting in touch with this location  greatly helped me. Although they couldn't cancel my reservation since I booked through a third party, they gave me advice on who to contact to get my cancellation through. Thank you for being so helpful when I was very stressed out about my trip. Your customer service exemplified why I have always used Hertz and will hopefully continue to do so on other trips.

Disappointing.  Wanted a car for 1 day and was quoted a price that included insurance.  I asked how much without insurance, and was told it was only $5 less without the insurance ($70/day vs. $65/day).  Got receipt and saw the insurance was actually $24 on a $35 car.  Would not use Hertz again, the convenience was not worth the hassle.
