I have used Enterprise for years, close to my residence and easy pick up and drop off for me. Up until this last year I have been 100% satisfied. In the last 3 rentals the car was not ready and I ended up being behind schedule in excess of an hour. 

This most recent visit was better, the car was on time and the representative got me checked out and out the door pretty quick. I did get on the road only to find out there wasn't any windshield washer fluid, which in the winter months this should be something that is checked between rentals.

I loved the car they gave me to rent. It was so clean, it looked like it had just come off a showroom floor and it was not a new model. Enjoyed driving it for the week. Though it is a little hard to find, pick up and drop off were very easy to do.

I've rented from this location on numerous occasions and the staff has always taken good care of me. I asked for a pick up but, was told I live too far out. The manager was kind enough to offer rental credits, if I used an Uber or a taxi. I don't know if that's normal procedure but, I thought it was a nice gesture. As always, check out was fast and friendly. I returned my rental earlier than planned and I received a follow-up call on the next business day. Great service, fast and friendly staff - I will continue to rent from them. They are the only rental company I trust.

I have rented from numerous Enterprise locations for over 20 years, of which I have never had a bad experience until now! 

After being hit on 95 and having the car totaled, we needed a full size car for a few weeks. This Enterprise gave us a Wrangler which was kind of fun but didn’t meet our needs. They told us they would call as soon as a car became available, which never happened but wasn’t upsetting.

Two and a half weeks later we get a call from someone saying our rental had “expired” six days ago!!! We were surprised by this claim and asked lots of questions, like why they didn’t call days ago. They claimed to have called two weeks earlier and left a message, which obviously makes no sense. So we checked our call records, no call and no message. We received the surprise call less than 30 minutes before they closed but rushed over to return the car. While we were turning the car in we heard them calling several customers one after the next leaving messages saying their cars had expired for various numbers of days. 

Recommend avoiding this Enterprise location entirely!!! They have a crappy selection of vehicles and horrible customer service!!!

Overall, excellent experience once again, with Enterprise. Pickup at residence was well coordinated. Customer service in the office was well conducted. Turn in of vehicle and final receipt (via email) occured with no issues. 

Three issues of concern:
1. Receipted for vehicle with slightly over 1/4 tank of fuel remaining. Though I was told to return the vehicle with the same amount, it caused me  to take time and fill the fuel tank prior to departure. 

2. The interior windows were not well cleaned. Though they looked clean, when the glare of the late afternoon hit the windshield, it was almost blinding.

3. The windshield wiper fluid sprayer was not working . I checked the fluid, even added fluid, but to no avail. With the recent snowfall and melting conditions, I was basically, "forced" to drive with a container of wiper fluid to apply when the need arised.

Again, the overall rating is, "excellent". The aforementioned items are to help Enterprise become a better company and to help keep their company base strong.
