Enterprise was most accommodating for this rental.  We arrive 4 hrs early and they took care of my wife and I with know hesitation.  The return experience was just as pleasant.  We appreciate the people at the Johnson City site.  They are extremely nice.

By far the best Enterprise location I have used.  Nick went above and beyond to help us get a car that would fit our needs.  Very friendly, quick and great to work with.  Highly recommend this location.

My car dealership had left me high and dry when getting my car worked on, and I was in desperate situation to get to work.  Even at the last minute though, the folks at this Enterprise were super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get where I needed to go as quickly as possible. To add the cherry on top, when my reserved car was unavailable, they upgraded me with no extra fees.  I can't speak of them highly enough. I will be using them for all my rentals from now on.

Reserved a premium car 6 days prior to picking it up. No premium car but put me in a SUV. granted it was a nice SUV but it rode like an SUV and the mileage was terrible. We spotted me a half a tank of gas to compensate for the mileage. I normally rent premiums, because my trips are normally long and a premium is more comfortable, but it always seems to be struggle for them to have one available.  The staff is always friendly and helpful and I understand that they can only work with what is in their inventory but you would think if they are going to charge a premium price they should have what your  paying for.

The best place ever!!! I had an emergency arise and they accomodated me immediately, I highly recommend them! Wonderful staff!
