Made a reservation online. When I went into the  office I wasn't in there long. Maybe 10 minutes and the employees were very nice. I got the vehicle I needed which was clean and fuel efficient. The price was fair as well. I always go here to rent because I don't have to fool with going to the airport. Never have been disappointed.

This is go to vehicle rental company, The customer service is second to none, They will come to your house and pick you up and bring you back home when you return the vehicle, Which worked out great for me! I will definitely be back when the need arises.

Always professional and friendly. I have been offered better deals on rentals but always stick with Enterprise.....wouldn't rent anywhere else. Love the staff ....A++++ in my book.

I was disappointed in this rental.  We had to walk to the “shuttle” pick up, had one person in a wheelchair, there were four of us.  Typically when u are getting shuttled it’s in a van type vehicle 
This was a driver in a compact car. I had told them there were four of us.  How was the driver getting back!  Car was extremely Smokey smelling- then when looked st the receipt, they had us on s one way rental with an additional $50 charge...
On return, no one available to take my husband back to the airport - took another phone call two days later to get a receipt...no attention to details at all.
