I live in Ohio and was visiting Tennessee when my car broke down. I went to the budget rental in Knoxville. I rented a car for 2 weeks but ended up needing it a month. Each time I called I talked to Sam and he was always very helpful!  I will definitely use them again when I'm in Tennessee.

The gentlemen at this store are the friendliest, most polite, and helpful I have ever rented from. They take obvious pride in their business, and it shows in their efforts and attitudes. I will continue to rent here. Thanks!

I have rented from here many times and every single time they have been professional, exceptionally nice, helpful and quick with no hassles. They are knowledgeable and have always had the car or truck ready . Their office is pleasant, clean and very inviting.

Amazing prices! But, even if you pay to get their "total coverage insurance" , make sure you still get a check list. They won't give your deposit back without it!
