Rented on line for 10 am Saturday pick up, got to office and 10 people ahead of me, not enough seating, no TV, no coffee. Stood for over an hour while 2 staff slowly waited on each customer one by one while answering phones in the middle of our process as if we had all the time in the world. Just because they are there 1/2 day does not mean I want to be. Then I had to go outside into the cold, windy area while the attendant discussed for 15-20 min. all the insurance info, on and on while I was freezing. I finally said just let me pay for YOUR insurance (which I did not need) just to get it over with! You cannot look the car over carefully when it is so cold and wind is blowing you around.There is no reason a customer should be exposed to the elements for their spiel r/t insurance etc. When I got into car, it only had 1/4 tank of gas. When I need a car it means I have to get somewhere and the first stop should not be a gas station to even get out of town. When you do not have it full when you rent, it is difficult to put just the right amount of gas back in for return, therefore if it is below, you pay, if it is above I give you 1/4 tank extra on return, (this is a sneaky way to get more gas) which I gave you $$ extra gas. I want a full tank when I rent! When I returned and told manager my concerns, she had a lot of excuses r/t Saturday is not a good day to rent (if you are open then you should be prepared to service customers)! No real concern for our inconvenience, said if I wanted coffee she would have given me some although they had none made, I get better customer service when I get my oil changed. It was really all about what she cannot do.

Was quoted one price over the phone and two separate calls. I arrived and price doubled then when I returned the car the price I was given by the local dealer had tripled. The two nice ladies tried to figure it out but I was not getting money back and was in the middle of a move and returning from a honeymoon.... I told them I was not going to wait around for them to figure it out.... To only make them get 5 stars for over all services.... Nice ladies, two of them, but I just got tired of waiting for them to find out what could have happened..... Ask many questions when reservations made!!!!!

I recently needed a rental while my car was being repaired. Enterprise of Cleveland, TN came and picked me up from the repair location and brought me to enterprise to pick out a rental. They were very professional and quick. I had a 2017 Nissan Rogue for my rental and I very much enjoyed it! Then, when my car was fixed, I took the rental back to Enterprise and they gave me a ride to pick my car up. They settled all amounts due between them and my insurance company as well, so all I needed to do was sign and drive. Also, Jerry at Enterprise is precious! He was so sweet to my daughter and I, if you ever need a ride to/from Enterprise ask for him!! Thank you!!

Great place, rented before from them. Friendly service and thoroughly go over the car before pulling out. They do take pictures.

The Cleveland, TN branch does a wonderful job with their customer service!  The cars that I reserve are always ready in a timely manner and are well cleaned and ready to go!  I always use this branch and that will continue!
