This was the best car rental ever. Very friendly and accommodating

This place had the worst customer service. My mother and I needed to rent a car for 1 night. When she reserved the car she was told to bring an electric bill, which she did. We made the drive from Savannah to Lexington only to be told that she couldn't use the bill because it showed she had a past due balance. No one ever explained it couldn't show that. We called the electric company and they explained to the lady working that she didn't owe anything. Her bill was not due til Oct 17. They emailed her a new copy. That still wasn't good enough. We were going to New Orleans to watch my son take one of the biggest steps in his life... Needless to say had it not been for the wonderful people at Helms Motor Company we would have missed it because Enterprise was of no help.... I fully believe there needs to be better training in jobs... People need to know exactly what they need to be able to get a car... In the future if we need to rent a car it will not be with Enterprise

I wish I recvd a better car but they did bring it in from another place for me. It was a jeep but a no frills at all. I used it for 2 weeks on a long drive. Good to know they are available if needed.

Besides waiting on the phone the day before from 5:10 till 5:35 and being told that they were closed when the website says they are open until 5:30. The next day called them and waited on the phone again for 25 min. There pick you up slogan is 100% false. Called them in Parsons Tennessee with a broke down car and needed a rental. Paul answered the phone to say that they don't serve the area and that we needed to find a way to get there. Seriously considering using anyone else besides this company. Wish they were as family oriented as they had claimed to be.

Rented a car to go to Memphis, the car clerk would not let my wife rent a car that was the size we needed and forced her to get a mail box sized car that almost ran out of gas before she could get around the corner to the gas station. I am not a small man and the car was so small I could barely get in and out. Hopefully we not have to use them again. The clerk was not happy that we wanted to turn the car back in in Memphis due to the fact that we were buying a car and did not need to pay for a whole weekend. Maybe some customer service training my be needed.
