Third time that I rented from Enterprise no car was available had to wait close to an hour when they finally put me in another vehicle. Also they sent me out with a vehicle where the tags expired pulled over by Nashville police three different kinds so I just came home. My experience with Enterprise used to be very efficient. But now as I stated three times after setting up online car was not available when I arrived so I had to wait. Not very good if you're needing to travel which I was that's why I rent the car

Great experience. Did not have to wait long on picking up or dropping off my rental. The representative was very informative. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I have one choice in car rental. Well actually, I have many choices. I have had poor experiences with several others. When I deal with Enterprise, I deal with professional, competent people. So yeah, I have one choice nationwide. Locally, the crew here is personable, out going, and willing to answer questions. 

They never treat me other than the way they should. The other companies in town, might be cheaper, but lower price is never an excuse to make me feel like I am getting  a favor. Enterprise doesn't do that, I get a great deal, often upgraded and I am considering buying a used truck from them!

Website is easily navagated. Staff is always courteous and service is fast. Always a variety of cars to choose from and if they don't happen to have what you want, they find it or offer an upgrade. I always rent from Enterprise.

Always pleasant service. If there's a problem, I have always felt they were quick to remedy the situation and fair in the resolution. I will continue to use this company, especially this location,and recommended them to others.
