We have been using Enterprise this past year quite a bit. We have always been treated professionally and very respectfully. We have used the Paris, Tn unit so much that we know them by name! At least for us, this is a great company to use and to give plenty of kudos to them.

I frequently rent from this Enterprise location. The staff is prompt, courteous, and very helpful. I always book online and my car is ready when I arrive.

Dominic was awesome! Very respectful and hard working individual.. I gave a 5 star rating for him as your employee but, enterprise as a company especially the one in Paris needs to re-evaluate the store needs and other employee's there. I rented a car this past Thursday and showed up at 3 pm to pick it up. Mr Dominic had been doing everything from helping customers, answering phones and cleaning cars and didn't even have to time to eat his lunch. Me being the guy I am and since I was the only one inside the business at the time, told him to relax for a minute and eat, I wasn't in any hurry. He's a very hard worker from what I seen, but doesn't have help there at the business. Leaving this long review chances are enterprise probably won't ever read this but someone needs to know
