A friend of mine rented a car at this SORRY place, we filled up the vehicle and when returned was told that even though the vehicle was FULL it needed to show over the full mark or would be charged more. We left and was able to push in a few more cents worth before over spilling. The gauge still showed where it was originally filled. The vehicle was due on Christmas Day which they were closed and brought back the next day and was trying to charge for an additional day. The staff was very unprofessional and would not recommend this place. I would call a cab to another rental place or have Enterprise pick you up. JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I heartily endorse Hertz, nationally, and at this location. The staff is very friendly, competent, provide good guidance for out-of-towners, like me, and no-nonsense towards getting a rental. One of the representatives made a significant error in my rental, which is why I’m awarding a 4 and not a 5. I’m pleased to say that the representative went out of his way to correct the situation, which is all I can ask for.

This car rental place was a joke , the girl that rented us the car we got she was rude and hateful a 100% smarta** talked to me like I was an idiot , and car we got was nice but smelt like smoke and seats was ripped , I would not recommend this place to anyone

The customer service was awful and they were going to make me pay out of pocket for my rental.  State Farm had to call and remind them of information they already knew.  I will never use Hertz again.  It was an awful process.  Then they had charged me $100 for no reason...shady business.

The employee was very rude and acted as if it was a burden  to have to deal with me and my wife. The car that we were given had stains smelled like smoke and filth in it. Also was charged multiple hundred dollar fees for no apparent reason and was given no explanation as to why.
