We sometimes rent a car when we are traveling. We rented one online from Enterprise of Cookeville.  We have rented from them before and have had no issues at any time with them. Their customer service is great.  The car was a newer model and was comfortable for a long drive.  5 stars all around

Friendly and they really will pick you up and drop you off. I'd make them a 4 or 5- star rating if the parking lot was bigger and they had after hours drop off for rentals and keys. There's always several customers renting or dropping off, so parking is always a challenge.

Terrible service no one will answer. you have to answer 100 dam different questions and then repeat youself when a so called agent comes on WILL NEVER USE.

Ok lets fast forward to today 3/5/18.My wife reserves a truck again and again when she got there the tooth pick with glasses wants to be sarcastic to my wife . We wonder why what happens happens in this world.Why have a website that puts you through terrorist interrogations just to rent a car I mean my God enterprise.It's funny how you only post how good your service is BUT NOT HOW IT REALLY IS.I am a easy going guy but when you disrespect my wife your making it personal and you do not want to do that.You need people there that are gonna show respect and not make some one feel like they wanna lay you out.If you hate your job then quit BUT YOU WILL NOT TAKE IT OUT ON MY WIFE.

Love this place completely because of the staff! They are always very kind respectful and informative they will go out of their way to get your questions answered even if it means being out in the rain double checking the vehicle or driving around the building a few times just to explain a certain function to you! They always make my day and have even upgraded me for free when they had the vehicles available which was sooo exciting! They are te reason I keep going back;)

They have great weekend prices and a cool rewards program you should check it out!

Never had any issues here. The cars are always clean and have no mechanical issues. Im usually in the front door and out with a car within a few minutes. My opinion best rental car we have in Cookeville.
