For some reason the gentleman I received my rental from thought I needed to be downgraded one level to an older smaller car than what I had reserved.  Was friendly and respectful when I wasn’t interested but had limited selection.  Also received my vehicle substantially under a full tank of gas.  Vehicle also didn’t had fairly warm tires that needed rotated a few thousand miles ago.  Can’t say I’d be back...

We've rented cars for vacation several times and never any problems...
D was extremely professional and yet down to earth...
I heard he's no longer there.... I really hate that bc he's the reason our whole family rented from there..

This office bent over backwards to get us the car we requested. I would highly recommend using the Lebanon Hertz location.

Very rude to customers, and refused to give contact info for District Manager. Charged my mother 300$ for ashes in the vehicle after she detailed inside and out of vehicle. Enterprise is a hassle but much better and cheaper.
