This rental experience was as good as it gets! The agent who rented to me (Arielle) was an absolute pleasure, the vehicle was great and the process went smoothly... Especially since my pickup was on an extremely busy Saturday morning. I will be back next time, with the number one factor being the customer service on-site.

Very friendly and very helpful. Car I was given was covered in salt but they couldn’t wash it because hoses frozen. I took to car wash and paid for it. 2 weeks later when I returned it, Kurt reimbursed me double what I spent for my time and trouble! In addition to that awesome gesture, the entire staff was super friendly and gave me a ride to and from the body shop that worked on my truck.

The customer service reps were ok. They did the best they could due to the situation, the place was under staffed and training new people. The car I rented was a disappointment. The car was filthy inside and out. It had not been cleaned and smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Right after I picked it up I had to stop at a service station and scrub the bug guts off the windshield. I would have taken it back, but they didn't have any other mid-size vehicles available and I was also in a bit of a hurry. This is the third time that his enterprise rental location has disappointed me.

The customer service at Enterprise is fantastic.  They repeatedly go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.  The Lebanon, TN Enterprise representatives are simply amazing.  I had a bit of an issue with the car we were rented, but they assisted me greatly when I returned the vehicle.
