As usual renting from Hertz in Cookeville, TN recently was a great experience! The staff there is always very helpful, and they do what it takes to get the job done. I have been using Hertz for all my business rentals now for 15 years and they have never let me down!

HORRIBLE!! Couldn't have ever been treated worse if i had the option wouldn't give them 1 star!! Reserved our vehicle online went into the office the next day to see what all we needed to bring with us on rental  day....they said license debit/credit card and proof of insurance if we had it. Came time for rental day at 3pm got there and they told us they didn't have our vehicle but they had another one for us but only because someone didn't show up to pick it up???? Then they tell us our credit isn't good enough to use our debit???? No one mentioned that when we asked what we needed!! And we were told that unless we had a major credit card or someone could rent it for us with better credit we couldn't have a car! The guy was rude and disrespectful. NEVER AGAIN!!
