Customer service is super friendly, came and pick me up from the house to get my car.

Very friendly and professional staff. I would recommend this location to anybody. They always go out of their way to make me happy renting a car or suv. The also have SiriusXm radio!

I made a mistake and reserved a SUV for Thanksgiving on the wrong date. As you know they were out of cars if you didn't reserve one ahead of time. I walked into the Mt. Juliet location and asked if they had anything at all for a family of 4 and Jillian worked his magic and let me rent a F150. It was an amazing experience! The truck had plenty of room, it was safe and comfortable for all of us. I usually drive right past this location and go to the Lebanon one. But I will never do that again!! Thank you so much for saving our Thanksgiving.

Painless process. Polite staff. Very clean well maintained vehicle. If you need to rent a car this is the place to go.

Exceptional service!! Patricia at the Mount Juliet office, went above and beyond to make sure my wants/needs were met. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody renting a car. When it comes to fast liable service with exceptional customer care, you can rest assured knowing you can count on enterprise
